The « pueblo » (or small village in English) is located between the Beach and the Tropical sectors of the Barceló Cayo Santa Maria. It opened its door in December 12th 2009. It offers with many services and operated by Gaviota.
The only service included for Barceló Santa Maria customer is the gym!
As the pueblo is not administered by Barceló Santa Maria, any customers from the other hotels can enjoy services of this small village. To promote this center, there is a FREE

The pueblo has a parking lot, restrooms, shops, artcraft boutiques, musical plaza (live music orchestra and dancers from 7h30 pm to 10 pm), disco (2 CUC entrance fee and 1 CUC per drinks, opens from 10 pm to 3 am, capacity max. 200 persons).
