Cancellation & Rescheduling policy:
Cancellation: must be made before 5 pm the day before your appointment otherwise you will be charged 50% of the value of your cancelled treatment, expect if you show a medical weaver. Rescheduling: must be made at least four (4) hours before your Spa service was scheduled.
