Free Weeding / Renewal of vows
A group of 17 persons minimum required
Notary service, marriage license, legal. of documents.
Certified copy of marriage license.
Personal co-ordinator for all celebration details.
Room up-grading.
Bottle of wine and fruits in the room upon arrival.
Chamber maid service after 11:00 and before 15:00.
Turnover service everyday.
Alternative locations for the wedding ceremony.
Invitation cards.
Special dinner the night before the wedding.
Decoration with flowers from the region.
Best man, Maid of Honour and Witnesses, if required.
Bouquet for the bride and boutonnière for the Groom.
Recorded music for the ceremony.
2 bottles of champagne for the toast.
Wedding cake.
Wedding dinner.
Nuptial breakfast in the room the day after the wedding
Late check out for the bride & groom until 15:00 hrs
(depending on availability).
Documents the parties should present :
Birth Certificate.
If the parties are divorced, the divorce status
certification.
If the parties are widowed, the widowed certification &
the deceased certification of the former spouse.
All documents have to be handed in the original
language, translated into Spanish and legalised
in the Cuban consulate in your country.
