For the Sol Meliá hotels customers ...
Since 2002, customers of Sol hotel.
The gym is located across from the Italian restaurant in the same building as the health center.
Since 2006, hotel guests of Meliá Cayo Santa Maria and Melia Las Dunas.
The gym is located near the health center « Aguas Claras ».
They all offer the amenities of a conventional gym in both centers, weight machines, abdominal boards, free weights, weight presses, training bikes, steppers, treadmills, etc.
INFO: The spa « Aguas Claras » will be part of the « Pueblo Las Dunas » with other amenities like a gym, climbing wall, tennis, squash, etc.
The project is still under construction and should open its door in July 2010. There will also have « A la carte » restaurants and shops ($). Photos and info to come.

For the Barceló Santa Maria customers ...
The gym is located in the new « Pueblo Cayo Santa Maria » between the Beach and the Tropical sectors of the Barceló Cayo Santa Maria. It opened its door in December 12th 2009. It offers with many services. It is operated by Gaviota tour (not Barceló).
Please note the gym is free for Barceló Santa Maria customers. It is included in your travel package.

There is a free shuttle bus for people going to the Pueblo Cayo Santa Maria. There are restaurants, bars, disco, massages, bowling, etc. Tourists from all the hotels may enjoy the ride to visit the Pueblo.
