In Cayo Santa Maria, there is a wide variety of excursions. New tours have been added since 2002 and others are no longer available. All these tours are offered by foreign tour operators (Canadian, European, etc.) and also local.

You can buy your excursion from the tour operator you bought your package (preferable) or from a local tour operator like  Gaviota Tours, if the description of the tour you prefer differ from the foreign tour operators.

You can pay either in cash (CUC) or by credit card. Note that there is no ATM in Cayo Santa Maria. Visit our Things-to-know section to learn more about the Cuban currency (Peso Convertible), credit card, etc.
